‘Reminiscence Service’ and ‘Life Story Service’, Refreshing Memories. Reminiscence connects a person with their past, present and future. Sessions are available for older people in Honiton, Axminster and Seaton. Life Story work is a 1:1 activity which takes place over a period of about 5-10 weeks. The Axe Valley Visiting Scheme. This project provides a visiting service to people in the Axminster area aged 60+ living in their own homes or in residential care homes who are in receipt of health and social care services. Contact gill.amos@actioneastdevon.org.uk
